Hi, I'm Vaughn Heart.

I'm a nutrition and fitness coach, but probably not the kind you're used to. I don't sell transformation stories. I don't moralize food. And I don't pretend that eating well exists in a vacuum, separate from your stress, your sleep, your work, and the rest of your life.

I came to this work after years of frustration with a structural system that treats people as products, that keeps us clicking, scrolling, and stuck to their platforms so they can sell us a miracle drug or a quick fix. I'm tired of watching people blame themselves for systemic failure. And I'm so tired of people asking if eating [insert food here] is "bad".

My background spans exercise science, behavioral nutrition, and years of working with real people navigating real, complex lives.
